The Ranch at Rock Creek

With the exception of nearby Philipsburg (population approximately 930 persons), you will put anywhere from 30 to 50 miles of mountains, meadows, lakes and streams between yourself and any real evidence of civilization once you arrive at The Ranch. Situated on four private, pristine miles of Montana's famed Rock Creek (and numerous trout ponds), it's nearly impossible to tell what's more beautiful: the breathtaking and unspoiled scenery of this untouched Montana wilderness or the flawless, rich-colored mountain trout coming from its water. Granite Lodge

There are nine rooms in the Granite Lodge, each finding design inspiration in iconic western themes, such as the great old railroad hotels during the turn of the century and the classic guns that helped win the West. The Lodge weaves luxury, style and authenticity together in a manner unique among guest ranches in Montana.

Winchester features a king bed as well as a full-size pull-out loveseat, thus accommodating up to three guests comfortably. Located on the lower level, Winchester also has high ceilings and private access from the courtyard. Remington has a queen bed with a twin pull-out sofa. This room is ADA-approved. It is also located on the lower level with high ceilings and private access from the courtyard. Appaloosa offers a king canopy bed with views to the west and south toward the hills behind the Granite Lodge. This room is on the upper level.

Mustang is the only room in the Granite Lodge that features two queen beds. Located on the upper level, Mustang’s view is northwestern toward Rock Creek. Palomino features a king canopy bed with views to the southeast on the upper level of the Granite Lodge. Sharps has a king bed with a private balcony over the courtyard of the Granite Lodge. Located on the upper level, its view looks toward the Rock Creek valley. Derringerfeatures a king bed with views of the Rock Creek valley in the corner of the upper level. Derringer may be combined with Sharps to form a two-bedroom family suite.

Springfield offers a king bed with a private balcony over the courtyard of the Granite Lodge. It also views the Rock Creek valley from the upper level. Colt features either a king bed or two twin beds in the corner of the upper level. Colt may be combined with Springfield to form a two-bedroom family suite.
